Version 1.2 · Effective 30 June 2026 · Cmdcenter AB (org.nr 559591-9753)

1. Agreement

By signing up for and using CommandCenter ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Cmdcenter AB (org.nr 559591-9753), a Swedish company. These terms form a binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Cmdcenter AB.

2. The Service

You may add multiple restaurant locations (businesses) within one account.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy at comandcenter.se/privacy for full details of how we handle your data.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party systems (Personalkollen, Fortnox, Ancon, Swess, and others) on your behalf using credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect these systems and share their data with the Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to third-party APIs. If a third-party system changes their API and this affects the Service, we will work to restore functionality as soon as reasonably possible.

6a. Nature of the Service — management view, not regulated output

CommandCenter is a management-information tool. The reports, dashboards, P&L views, forecasts, budgets, alerts and AI-generated insights produced by the Service are informational and not a substitute for a regulated financial statement, an audit, or a tax filing. You remain responsible for your own accounting records under the Swedish Bokföringslag (1999:1078). Your accounting system (Fortnox, Björn Lundén, Visma or equivalent) is the system of record for bookkeeping purposes; CommandCenter holds a convenience mirror of that data for analytical purposes only. CommandCenter does not provide tax, legal, accounting, audit or investment advice. Insight produced by AI is advisory and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being acted on. No output of the Service constitutes an automated decision with legal effect for you or any third party (GDPR Article 22).

7. Subscription and payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available at comandcenter.se/upgrade. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year upfront. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT (25%) where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting billing@comandcenter.se.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
